Jason Collins
Jason is the Founder of D'Cern Consulting. He became an EMCC accredited Executive Coach
following a 23 year career in Investment Management. During that time he held various positions in
Client Services, Fixed Income Trading and Talent Development. In all of his corporate roles, he used
his analytical, detail-oriented and organisational skillsets to create, implement and refine processes
which were paramount to the delivery of client solutions.
His coaching draws from the Co-Active model's four cornerstones and three principles as he believes
that it is essential to view clients using a holistic lens. Ultimately, a client's sense of self-awareness,
confidence, clarity, focus, and grit are key factors for performance and overall wellbeing.
Clients have described his coaching style as earnest, grounded, reassuringly calm and attentive.
